Embracing a 100% reusable modular stand
As a world leader in eye protection in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), the French company Bollé Safety, based in Oyonnax, proudly boasts 130 years of experience, a presence in 80 countries, and 20 million daily users.

The acceleration of its CSR approach is also an integral part of its commitments. A drive expressed through its product innovations, responsible packaging and communications, notably for events, which includes exhibition stands, as Guillaume Conte, EMEA Trade & Event Marketing Coordinator, explains:
The challenge
« In 2022, we launched a tender to design and build a modular, reusable stand to replace our one-shot rental stands.
Our specifications included a number of constraints: a fixed budget, the need for a stand that could be adapted and easily used, ranging from 18 to 72 m², a smooth flow of people despite the large number of visitors, a semi-enclosed meeting area with soundproofing, visible, high-impact product display units and an original solution for showcasing our new products.
Above all, the stand had to be easy for our sales teams to use, both in terms of presenting the products during demonstrations and accessing the stocks.
This challenge was brilliantly met by FG DESIGN, as it was their design that we chose. »
Our achievement
Created in 2023 and first showcased at the A+A trade fair in Düsseldorf, then at Sicur in Madrid in February 2024, the eco-designed Premium Bollé Safety stand conceived by our design studio is 100% reusable.
- Its floor is made of recycled and recyclable cassettes and high-density leaded PVC tiles suitable for frequent use.
- Its aluminium partitions and structures are lightweight and easy to transport, and can be recycled and reused at will,
- The covering fabric and washable graphics are printed using solvent-free inks,
- The top-of-the-range furniture and signage are custom-made and used at every event.
All the components are stored and warehoused at our long-standing partner Ilodeco.
Our Liberty managed management platform, developed specifically for the needs of our agency, our partners and our customers, enables us to choose the right configuration for each event, as well as carrying out quality control on the various stand components.
We are notified of each part’s condition upon return, allowing our client to decide whether to replace or repair the equipment.

« The feedback from the field is excellent: the stand is stunning. It projects a premium image, highly appreciated by our sales force and clients.
Moreover, it’s well-thought-out: our sales staff have access to presentation tables with all the products. The staircase-style digital display cases are very eye-catching and showcase our innovations, while the product display cases, which are open to all, encourage people to try them on and adopt them. »
