Health on stage: delivering excellence
Designing temporary spaces for healthcare professionals requires much more than technical expertise: it is a true commitment to rigor and creativity.
Driver by scientific, human, and regulatory challenges, the process demands high standards, from design through to execution.
In-depth knowledge of standards and regulations
The healthcare sector is subject to strict rules, particularly regarding communication and promotion. Mastering these constraints is essential to deliver tailored solutions, while effectively highlighting key messages.Listening and understanding skills
Every stakeholder – be it a laboratory, start-up, or institution – has specific needs. Understanding these complex expectations and translating them into a clear, impactful concept requires strong adaptability.Managing deadlines and budgets
Participation in a medical trade fair or congress leaves no room for improvisation. Timelines, anticipation of constraints, and resource optimisation are non-negotiable imperatives.Ergonomic and creative design
Spaces must be welcoming and functional, facilitating seamless interactions between visitors and exhibitors. The concept of inventive ergonomics is key to meeting practical requirements while delivering a distinctive and visually compelling presence.

- Logistics management via our dedicated client extranet Liberty.
A concrete example: the Bayer stand at JFR 2024
This collaboration, the result of a tender won thanks to the relevance and creativity of our proposal, stands out wwith a bespoke, elegant, functional, eco-friendly, and reusable stand design.
Spanning an 86 m² elongated layout, open on two sides and challenged by the alignment of four structural pillars, we devised an optimised space divided into three distinct zones:
A space for “talks” (mini-conferences),
A product demonstration area,
A reception area designed to facilitate exchanges and hospitality.

A strong commitment to the environment
The BAYER laboratory, deeply committed to sustainability, integrated numerous eco-friendly features into the stand design:
- Paper-free communication enabled by digital screens,
- Signage produced using solvent-free inks,
- Reusable wooden partitions and flooring, reintegrated into a circular reuse system after the event,
- Cardboard stools by Stooly, winner of the 2024 Lépine competition,
- An interactive library,
- A bean-to-cup coffee machine with grounds collected for composting,
- Recyclable cardboard water fountains,
- Custom-made reusable furniture and display cases.
