STELIA Aerospace and Expliseat: French excellence at the service of passenger
The niche market of aircraft cabin interiors holds its annual exhibition in Hamburg, Germany. This event highlights comfort, ergonomics, aesthetics, as well as technological and environmental innovations.
Improving the passenger experience is also a key focus, with increasingly connected cabin spaces in the spotlight.
An opportunity for FG Design to design two stands for two leading French companies: STELIA Aerospace, the commercial brand of Airbus Atlantic, known for its “French luxury” positioning and specialising in premium seats for Business and First Class, and Expliseat, a former startup that continues to gain market share with its revolutionary, ultra-lightweight economy class seat made from carbon fibre and titanium.
Two companies of excellence with distinct positions, yet sharing common goals: to make a splash and impress clients and prospects – mainly executives of major global airlines – in an atmosphere that is both cosy and professional.
Our challenges
FG Design had to not only meet the specific expectations of each company but also stand out in a highly competitive environment where innovation and quality are paramount.
STELIA Aerospace aimed for sophistication and meticulous attention to detail, while Expliseat wanted to highlight its capacity for innovation and pioneering spirit.
Our achievements
STELIA Aerospace made a significant impact with a spectacular stand designed by our studio: a centrepiece embodied by an immense, iconic chandelier, a VIP reception area, a showroom meticulously designed to showcase the products on display, intimate and refined semi-private spaces, and a reception area offering sit-down meals. This creation truly captivated clients, partners, and the management team, who all remarked on its jewel-like and cocoon-like atmosphere, akin to being at home.
Expliseat, on the other hand, benefited from our expertise in creating a sleek, design-focused exhibition space that showcased its ultra-light seats, which are the hallmark of its brand. Numerous dynamic visual elements and a discussion-friendly area contributed to the success of this stand, which remained busy throughout the event.
Both companies also leveraged our eco-friendly know-how with reusable stands for future events.
