A strategic and sustainable collaboration
Based in Lot-et-Garonne, near Agen (France), Fonroche Lighting is the global leader in autonomous solar lighting. With its cutting-edge technology and sustainable solutions, the company equips cities, infrastructures, and sensitive sites with high-performance solar streetlights—providing reliable, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly lighting.
Every year, 1,000 new municipalities commit to decarbonisation by adopting these solutions.
Established in 2023 at the Salon des Maires et des Collectivités Locales (SMCL), the collaboration between Fonroche Lighting and FG Design is built for the long term and is now expanding internationally, notably to the Light + Building trade fair in Frankfurt.

An innovative, functional stand that overcame significant challenges
Spanning 126 m² in a central island configuration, the Fonroche Lighting stand was designed to embody the brand’s identity while addressing complex technical constraints. One of the main challenges was the limited ceiling height (under the ring road), a crucial factor when showcasing streetlights designed for public lighting.

Distinctive design choices
- A circular and fluid layout, offering a panoramic view of the products and their signage,
- A blend of urban and green elements, illustrating the public spaces where the streetlights are deployed,
- Distinct presentation areas for better clarity of the offering and optimal visitor reception,
- A floor pathway with dynamic lighting effects, evoking roads and public spaces to enhance immersion.
Clever technical solutions
- Optimised installation of XXL streetlights under a low ceiling, with direct placement on the floor and a customised technical platform,
- Strategic stand orientation, designed to maximise visitor flow between exhibition halls.

An inspiration for future
The stand received unanimous praise from Fonroche Lighting’s leadership, to the point of influencing the design of their future showroom. Impressed by FG Design’s expertise, the company has decided to extend this collaboration to other projects, covering both trade fairs and permanent spaces.
